Infant & Toddler Teacher
Location: Salisbury, MD
Program: Mitchell’s Martial Arts Child Care Center
Schedule: Full-Time
Mitchell’s Martial Arts Child Care Center is hiring a
qualified Infant & Toddler Teacher who is attentive, compassionate, and experienced in caring for our youngest learners.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, responsive care to infants and toddlers
- Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom
- Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and play
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress
Qualifications:
- Meets MSDE infant and toddler teacher requirements
- Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred
- Knowledge of safe sleep practices and early development
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred:
- MSDE infant/toddler training and certifications completed
- Prior experience in a licensed child care center
