Job Overview: The Infrastructure Administrator (IA) is a highly skilled technical individual who is able to design infrastructure solutions that are not only resilient but meet the needs of all stakeholders. The IA will be responsible for designing, deploying, documenting and supporting all aspects of the District''s infrastructure. As a technical leader the IA will maintain accurate records of the District''s infrastructure and manage relationships with key vendors to ensure timely support. As a technology team member the IA will be looked upon to solve complex technical problems that have escalated beyond the IT Systems Support Specialist and End-User Support Specialists skillset.

Position: Infrastructure Administrator

Location: Elmbrook District Office

Education and Experience:

  • A Minimum of a two-year Technical College degree in technology-related field, communications, or project management
  • Four-year undergraduate degree (B.S. or B.A.) preferred
  • A minimum of five years experience in the technology support field
