Infection Control Nurse RNFull-Time | $106,000-$110,000/Year | Comprehensive BenefitsAndover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced Infection Control Nurse RN to oversee and coordinate the facility's infection prevention and control program.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control policies, procedures, and objectives.Monitor and analyze infection incidents, trends, and patterns and prepare quarterly reports.Ensure appropriate documentation and reporting of infection-related incidents.Identify infection control concerns and coordinate corrective actions and follow-up.Oversee isolation practices and infection prevention procedures.Develop and coordinate infection control education, training, and in-services for staff.Monitor the effectiveness of corrective measures and infection prevention practices.Perform other related duties as assigned by the Administrator and DON.Qualifications:Active Massachusetts RN license required.Experience in infection prevention and control in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred.Salary: $106,000-$110,000 per yearBenefits include: Medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
