Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent RN credential.

Certifications Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Montana.
• Infection Prevention Certification (such as CPI or equivalent).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with recent and strong infection prevention expertise.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in infection prevention strongly preferred.
• Experience working in LTC and Acute Care settings.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to assist on the floor and work independently.
• Strong knowledge of facility protocols and infection control procedures.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to follow strict guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a hospital environment with flexibility in shift start times.
