The primary purpose of the Infection Preventionist (RN) is to directly oversee our infection control program within our Skilled Nursing facility and ensure all policies and procedures are being followed. This position will partner with the DNS to contribute to implementing Sapphire policies and procedures and making sure the staff is well trained in Infection Control.
