Infectious Disease Registered Nurse

• 40 hours / week – 8hr and 12hr shifts

Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Infectious Disease RN in Bethesda, MD with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.
Duties:

• Provide direct nursing care to hospitalized patients with complex infectious diseases and related conditions.
• Monitor patient status and response to treatment, recognizing changes in condition and promptly reporting concerns or complications.
• Administer medications and treatments, including antimicrobial therapy, while maintaining appropriate infection prevention and isolation precautions.

Job Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted RN License – Any state license accepted
• 2 years of current Med Surg experience in hospital
• BLS – American Heart Association
