Infiniti Training Planner
Location: Headquarters in Franklin TN
Hrs. 8:30am - 5pm - M - TH in office, F remote

Job Description:
- Provides support for INFINITI Training department with management reporting, executive presentations, event planning and regional communications, primarily on-location in Franklin, TN.
- Current work schedule is in-office 4 days per week, 1 day (Friday) work-from-home.
- Work schedule can also include 2-5 days per week at the *** Training Center in Franklin, TN, due to training events and setup days.
- Work schedule will include monthly conference calls with INFINITI Global Training/Japan, which occur between 5:30pm 6:30pm CST.
- Serve as on-site contact at *** Training Center and *** HQ for training events, requiring being on-site at all times that vendors are present.
- Occasional visits to INFINITI Retailers, locally and potentially requiring overnight travel, to observe training sessions.
- Contributes to driving improvements in training in the US, building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth though our programs.
- Works cross-functionally to obtain information, develop training plans and generally represent INFINITI Training.
- Prepares monthly recap performance reporting on Certification and various Training programs.
- Supports the Manager with executive-level presentations to report out on Training program performance.
- Maintains the Project Tracker for INFINITI Training and reports out weekly to Management on project status.
- Leads training content development review process, compiles feedback and reports back to vendors
- Schedules and manages recurring and Ad Hoc calls with various stakeholders, departments and vendors and captures meeting minutes/notes.
- Leads bi-monthly IBEST Facilitator call, creates agenda and captures minutes.
- Maintains technical and programs questions tracker, researches answers and reports out findings.
- Serve as a point of contact for IBEST Facilitators for programs, features and company information.
- Provides actionable recommendations to drive the ongoing improvement in training operations.
- Provide logistical oversight for all Training events; primarily on-location in Franklin, TN.
- Support logistics of the vehicle fleet; moving vehicles, planning/scheduling vehicles for events.
- Conducting Ad Hoc analyses, as requested, to identify issues and drive performance improvement.
- As necessary, performs other related duties of which the above are representative.

- Bachelors Degree required (any discipline)
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Advanced Excel Skills - Must be able to import data such as CSV files, perform multiple graph functions, and generate Pivot Tables. Must complete Intermediate Client skills test.
- PowerPoint Intermediate or Expert - Must be able to import Excel data/graphs into PPT, create slides using text, images and graphics.
- Ability to interpret/understand/digest data - Certification %, Turnover, Tenure, etc.
Desired Attributes:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a training environment.
- Experience communicating with Automotive Dealers/Dealership employees.
