SUMMARY
The Service Center Support and Logistics Coordinator, is responsible for the cabin readiness, interior servicing, provisioning, and logistical support of Gridiron Air's Boeing 777-200ER fleet, wherever those aircraft are positioned. Because our aircraft routinely operate away from our home base at AFW, this role travels as needed to prepare and service aircraft on location, restocking supplies, coordinating or performing cabin cleaning, laundering and refreshing soft goods, and staging client-specific amenities to deliver a concierge-level cabin experience. In addition, the role provides administrative and coordination support to the In Flight Director and the Director of People Operations, including correspondence management, follow-up, reporting, audits, and employee communications. Success in this position requires strong critical-thinking and anticipation skills, initiative, discretion, sound judgment, the ability to work independently and the flexibility to travel and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require. This is a DOT- and FAA-designated safety-sensitive position and is subject to the company’s drug and alcohol testing program.
