You'll assist in day to day operations including influencer research, management and execution of campaigns for multiple clients.RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the day-to-day workload across influencer marketing campaigns for a variety of brandsAssist with building materials (i.e. presentations) for new business pitches and client campaignsStay aware of trending talent and upcoming talent, as well as actively discovering trends in the industry and on platformsSupport in the task delegation and management of Influencer Marketing InternsCampaign Development (Casting & Deal-Making)Assist in talent search and qualification process with an eye for detail, including brand safety content audits, audience qualification, vetting etcTrack client management including creative briefing, timeline/deliverable management and creative reviewsCampaign Execution (Management & Reporting)Manage internal TikTok Creator Marketplace software including creating new tracking funnels for our different brand clientsManage internal CreatorIQ platform to as needed for campaign management & reportingWork on campaign reports including gathering dataAssist with cross division communications and collaborative presentationsBuild client materials including but not limited to talent overview slides, strategy decks, social tracking docs, and campaign reportsTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVEMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing at an agencyExisting influencer and talent manager/agent relationships a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentA passion for social media and influencer marketing, with an innate understanding of social trends and platformsReach Agency is an equal opportunity employer.
