We're looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who thrives at the intersection of influencer marketing, relationship building, and campaign execution. You'll lead influencer programming from concept to completion, developing smart strategies, securing creator partnerships, managing campaigns, presenting recommendations to clients, and mentoring junior team members.

What You'll Do
- Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution across a portfolio of agency clients.
- Develop thoughtful influencer recommendations aligned with brand objectives, target audiences, budgets, and campaign goals.
- Research, identify, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers across paid, earned, and gifting programs.
- Present influencer strategies and creator recommendations to clients, clearly articulating the rationale behind each selection.
- Negotiate partnership terms and review influencer agreements to ensure campaign expectations and deliverables are met.
- Manage campaign timelines from creator sourcing through content approvals, launch, and reporting.
- Review influencer content to ensure it aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and contractual requirements.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging creator trends, and new opportunities to bring innovative ideas to clients.
- Contribute to new business pitches, campaign presentations, case studies, and agency thought leadership.
- Develop influencer-focused strategies that incorporate emerging social platforms, technologies, and creative formats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with account, social media, PR, creative, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Serve as the day-to-day influencer marketing lead for assigned accounts.
- Mentor and support junior team members, helping develop their strategic thinking and execution skills.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of influencer marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- 1-2 years of experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Proven experience developing and executing influencer campaigns from strategy through reporting.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.
- Experience negotiating influencer partnerships, reviewing contracts, and managing creator relationships.
- Excellent presentation and client communication skills with the ability to confidently lead conversations.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating campaign performance into meaningful client insights.
- Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Passion for social media, influencer culture, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Experience working with CPG, food & beverage, lifestyle, franchise, or family brands is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with three days per week in our office (Los Angeles)
