Himalaya is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and lead our influencer strategy, driving impactful partnerships that amplify our brand voice and connect with our community in an authentic way.The person who is right for this role is someone who has rolled up their sleeves and had proven success building creator partnerships as measured by output, engagement, and revenue growth.You will own how creator content translates into measurable growth—driving conversion, content velocity, and revenue across the Himalaya portfolio.This role will also oversee the development and execution of scalable gifting, seeding and ambassador programs to drive both awareness and long-term brand advocacy.This is a high-impact role with a meaningful opportunity to shape the future of the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn influencer marketing as a performance-driven channel, accountable for engagement, traffic, and contribution to conversionDevelop and execute a full-funnel, comprehensive influencer strategy across organic, affiliate, and paid channels, with clear segmentation across creator tiers (nano, micro, mid-tier, macro)Drive performance through data, tracking KPIs, optimizing partnerships, and scaling high-performing creatorsBuild and scale a repeatable pipeline of high-quality content for use across platformsSource and deliver high-performing UGC for paid media ad creative, ensuring continuous testing and optimizationOversee all creator and UGC placements, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across channelsGenerate and adapt creator content for Amazon PDP (video, image, A+), ensuring creator content improves conversion and supports ongoing optimizationOwn end-to-end campaign execution, including brief development, timeline management, content review/approval and performance measurementBuild a core community of repeat creators and long-term partnershipsConcept and execute influencer-led experiences (events, trips, previews, seeding moments) that drive both brand heat and measurable impactOwn the operational execution of creator programs, including kit assembly, packaging and shipping coordination to ensure timely deliveryStay deeply tapped into popular culture, digital trends, and platform evolution to inform strategy and talent selectionEnsure creator programs are fully integrated into broader social, brand and growth marketing strategies to maximize impact across all channelsCollaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and other Growth Marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution across all touchpointsQualifications Experience4–6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or social strategy within consumer products, ideally natural products, supplements and/or personal care.Proven experience owning influencer as a measurable, revenue-driving channelDemonstrated success scaling creator content-driven growth strategiesProficiency in Meta, TikTok and Amazon creator ecosystemsExperience managing gifting/seeding programs, ambassador communities, and/or high volume creator outreach at scaleExperience leading influencer events, community building, or experiential activationsDeep understanding of UGC and how it translates into high-performing paid mediaExperience negotiating directly with agents and managing contracts end-to-endDemonstrated use of AI tools to improve speed, output, and decision-makingFamiliarity with Amazon Creator Connections is a plusSkillsUnderstanding of the creator ecosystem , including how to source, scale, and monetize creator relationships through affiliate, UGC, and paid amplification modelsExcellent cross-functional leadership and communication skillsStrong operational and project management skills to manage logistics, timelines and execution across multiple creator initiatives simultaneouslyStrong cultural awareness with a sharp eye for emerging talent and trends across platformsStrong analytical mindset with ability to connect data to strategyEntrepreneurial with bias toward action , experimentation and ability to chart a course vs. follow one.
