We're looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist who genuinely loves the creator economy. Someone who instinctively knows which creators are shaping culture (both nationally and in their local communities), enjoys digging into the details to find the right brand fit, and gets excited about bringing partnerships to life. This is a collaborative role on a high-performing team that works across every stage of influencer programming—from sourcing talent and managing relationships to campaign execution, reporting and optimization.

Research and identify creators across industries, audiences and cultural niches to find the right fit for every campaign
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, managers and talent representatives
Source talent, negotiate partnerships, and manage campaigns from kickoff through completion
Develop thoughtful influencer recommendations and POVs that help clients evaluate talent
Write clear, inspiring creative briefs that set creators up for success
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for creators/reps, keeping campaigns on track and communication seamless
Partner with PR, social, creative and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
Identify earned influencer opportunities that create value beyond paid partnerships
Track campaign performance and develop polished recaps with actionable, data-driven insights
Keep campaign trackers, influencer databases and documentation accurate and organized
Ensure every partnership meets FTC disclosure requirements and brand guidelines
Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging creators and shifts in the creator economy
Jump in where needed, solve problems and help the team deliver exceptional work
Agency or Brand Experience – 2–3+ years supporting influencer marketing programs at an agency or in-house brand team
Creator-First Mindset – A genuine passion for social media, creators and internet culture, with a pulse on emerging talent and platform trends
Strong Talent Instincts – Experience sourcing influencers and evaluating creators based on audience fit, content quality and campaign objectives
Relationship Builder – Comfortable communicating with creators, talent managers and internal teams while building trust through professionalism and follow-through
Platform Fluency – Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, understanding of what makes content perform across each platform. Understanding of CreatorIQ and HypeAuditor.
Excellent Communicator – Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear briefs, emails and client-facing materials
Highly Organized & Detail Oriented – Able to manage multiple timelines, deliverables, campaigns and recaps without sacrificing attention to detail
Solutions-Oriented – Proactive, resourceful and eager to solve problems, take initiative and keep projects moving
Collaborative by Nature – Thrives in a team environment and enjoys partnering across PR, social, creative and paid media
Bonus: Experience working alongside paid media teams or supporting campaigns that included content amplification or paid social
$55,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package included.
