Job Descriptions:
Responsible for identifying, developing, and managing Influencer/KOL and external partnerships (e.g., schools, organizations, communities) to drive brand awareness and sales conversion. Own the full lifecycle from sourcing to execution and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard Influencers/KOLs and external partners aligned with brand goals
- Lead partnership negotiations, contracts, and relationship management
- Execute end-to-end campaigns, from briefing to content delivery
- Track performance (awareness, engagement, conversion) and optimize results
- Analyze campaign outcomes and report on ROI
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 0-2 years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or digital marketing
- Experience managing campaigns, contracts, and budgets
- Familiar with social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystem
- Strong understanding of content trends and performance metrics
