Influencer Relations Assistant Role

The main purpose of this role is to assist with the recruitment and growth of REVOLVE's influencer network through special brand projects and relationship building.

Major Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support strategic initiatives to grow and strengthen in-house Owned Brands through influencer and ambassador programs
• Assist in the coordination and execution of curated capsule collections and influencer collaborations
• Help manage day-to-day influencer and partner relationships, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
• Support the identification of new creators, emerging platforms, content trends, and social opportunities
• Assist in outreach, pitching, and onboarding of influencers aligned with brand values and campaign goals
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of paid and organic influencer campaigns, including timelines, content tracking, and deliverables
• Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Track, organize, and report on campaign performance metrics, helping surface insights and learnings
• Maintain organized databases, trackers, and internal documentation for influencers, contracts, and campaigns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (legal, brand, marketing) to support smooth campaign execution

Required Competencies

• Basic understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, and the creator economy
• Ability to analyze performance data and apply learnings to future campaigns
• Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and grow within a manager-led role

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree: Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• Experience supporting influencer or ambassador programs, including outreach, coordination, or campaign execution
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Familiarity with performance metrics and basic reporting
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and internal tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suite
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, or a related field

California Salary Range

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Revolve includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate of the current base hourly/salary range is $21/hr to $23/hr.
