I'm hiring an Info Systems Business Analyst / Client Services Analyst I for a 52-week contract opportunity.

This role is remote after 2 weeks of required onsite training in Sacramento.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This person will support business analysis needs within a managed care administration environment. The role partners with business relationship owners, IS delivery teams, SMEs, and customers to gather, evaluate, and document business and functional requirements across the service delivery lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

Gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, use cases, and process maps

Conducting interviews, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder discussions

Translating business needs into functional requirements and system/process solutions

Supporting workflow analysis, data flow modeling, functional decomposition, and continuous service improvement

Helping clarify business needs, reconcile conflicting information, and support application/process issue resolution

Coordinating across business, IT, SMEs, and customers to support successful delivery

Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience

Experience with business requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specifications

Experience with workflow analysis, data flow modeling, functional decomposition, and use cases

Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with moderate direction and collaborate across departments

Preferred:

Experience with Continual Service Improvement or continuous process improvement

Conceptual knowledge of Lean methodologies

Experience with Microsoft Visio or workflow tools

Business Relationship Management or project methodology experience

Experience supporting business cases, SOWs, KPIs, benefits, and lifecycle documentation

Experience in Information Services, managed care, health plan, or enrollment environments
