Our work depends on an Infoblox Systems Engineer joining our team to support Government activities in Annapolis Junction, MD, Sterling, VA, or Colorado Springs, CO.
As an Infoblox Systems Engineer supporting the Government, you will be trusted to provide Enterprise Infoblox DDI and related services to the Government Agency's internal/external partners and clients with a focus on stability and performance.
In this role, a typical day may include:
Investigating and diagnosing incidents and problems relating to DDI (Infoblox DNS, DHCP, IPAM) and related services
Ensuring the platforms and services are managed and maintained
Helping identify and manage risks within the DDI platform
Working with the Government lead and other service areas' Architecture, Engineering & Operations leads and technical specialists, as well as professional services staff from vendors to implement the plan to deliver a strategic DDI platform and migrate all in-scope services from existing platforms
Ensuring that system improvements and changes are implemented and monitoring effects of modifications
Defining the capacity and performance standards, metrics and thresholds and helping build the instrumentation to effectively manage the environment
