Infor CloudSuite Finance - Business Analyst

PROLIM Global Corporation (www.prolim.com) is hiring a Infor CloudSuite Finance Business Analyst for a leading global technology client.

Position: Infor CloudSuite Finance Business Analyst

Location: 1401 Pacific Avenue | Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months (will extend)

We are looking for a strong Business Analyst (Finance) with hands-on experience in Infor CloudSuite / Infor Lawson ERP to support a major enterprise transformation program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as internal expert for Financial Modules
• Act as liaison between Business and the Implementation partner
• Business Requirement Ownership
• Lead design discussions with stakeholders
• Ensure requirements are complete and serve as source of truth for implementation partner
• Analyze current state processes and identify pain points/customizations
• Validate future state design solutions
• Challenge implementation partners when solutions do not align with business needs
• Document configurations, business rules, process flows, gaps, and risks
• Lead test strategy, test scenarios, and test scripts
• Perform Unit Testing and lead SIT/UAT activities
• Support data migration activities
• Create training materials and job aids
• Lead training sessions and adoption efforts
• Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Identify risks, data issues, and communicate status to leadership

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience with Infor Lawson / Infor CloudSuite ERP environments
• Strong functional knowledge of Finance, Payroll, HR, or Supply Chain modules
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and support projects
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow automation
• Experience with Infor Process Automation (IPA), ION APIs, Data Lake, and integrations
• Experience supporting testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
• Ability to work closely with business users, stakeholders, and implementation partners
• Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with reporting tools such as Birst, Cognos, or Spreadsheet Designer is preferred
• Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing domain experience is a plus
