  • Design, document, and configure business processes within Infor LN to align with operational, supply chain, and manufacturing requirements
  • Gather and refine business requirements by partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Warehousing, and Manufacturing teams
  • Lead or support system configuration, functional testing, UAT, and deployment of new features or process improvements
  • Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations, troubleshooting, and data flow between LN modules and interconnected systems

  • Support ERP enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
  • Participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend process or system improvements
  • Act as a liaison between operational stakeholders and IT, ensuring delivered solutions meet business goals and operational standards

Required Qualifications

  • Strong functional knowledge of key LN modules: procurement, materials planning/MRP, warehousing, manufacturing, and production
  • Experience configuring Infor LN workflows, business rules, and functional setups

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing or supply chain operations
  • Experience participating in ERP enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional projects
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to drive resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment
  • Knowledge of LN integrations with peripheral systems (MES, WMS, PLM, etc.)
  • Experience with process mapping and documentation tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.)
  • Background in testing, UAT coordination, or project support roles
