Job Title: Infor M3 ERP – Business Analyst Location: Onsite – Georgia, USA Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (Onsite) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Infor M3 ERP Business Analyst to work onsite in Georgia, supporting business stakeholders across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution functions. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective requirement gathering, solution design, and successful delivery of Infor M3 enhancements and implementations. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary Business Analyst for Infor M3 ERP modules across business functions Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows Work closely with business users to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions in Infor M3 Support Infor M3 implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and rollouts Configure and validate Infor M3 solutions in collaboration with technical and functional teams Facilitate workshops, user story sessions, and stakeholder meetings onsite Perform system testing, UAT coordination, defect triage, and validation Provide functional support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for Infor M3 applications Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials Support change management and end-user training activities Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years as an Infor M3 Business Analyst Strong hands-on experience with Infor M3 modules such as: Finance (GL, AP, AR) Supply Chain / Procurement Manufacturing / Planning Order Management & Distribution Strong understanding of business processes and ERP best practices Experience with Infor M3 tools (e.g., M3 Business Engine, H5 scripting, M3 APIs – functional knowledge) Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional design, and UAT Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite in Georgia and collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor OS, ION, or integrations Exposure to cloud or hybrid ERP environments Prior experience in manufacturing or distribution industries Infor M3 certification is a plus Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent documentation and presentation skills Ability to work independently in an onsite environment Collaborative mindset with business and technical teams If you want, I can also: Tailor this JD for contract vs full-time Shorten it to a 2-paragraph client version Align it to a specific industry (manufacturing, retail, pharma, etc.) Just tell me how you want to use it
