Informatica Consultant

Introduction

The Claims Technology team is seeking a highly experienced Informatica Consultant to work closely with business and technology partners to deliver solutions in the Claims Technology space. This role involves managing multiple project ETL implementations of the claims product.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5-7 years of proven, hands-on experience in API testing using SoapUI, SOATest, or equivalent
• Experience as a Lead technical data developer in a hands-on role and architect providing data design/architecture across multiple projects in a Data Warehousing environment (7 years) with very large amounts of data
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL experience (12 years) with the ability to guide the team with performance tuning and optimizations
• Ability to design the conceptual, logical, and physical data models necessary to support the analytic data requirements for various department reporting needs
• Strong experience building high-performance ETL Data Frameworks with error handling and scalability
• Strong analytics and communication skills, including the ability to drive diverse groups towards common goals and clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
• Ability to balance the need to deliver multiple concurrent projects while maintaining architectural standards
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Unix scripting experience
• Creates documentation for all activities and works with the project solution team in the design of application and code developed
• Improving and streamlining processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, viability, and value
• Strong Excel data analysis skills with pivots and graphs
• Prior work experience in the client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau (preferred), Power BI
• Experience/Exposure in Python, Hadoop, and Gen AI/Client
• Financial Services/Banking industry experience
• Fraud Detection, Prevention, Servicing, and/or Claims experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver solutions
• Manage multiple project ETL implementations of the claims product
• Research and resolve issues independently while working in a supportive and transparent team environment
• Engage multiple business analysts and developers/dev leads and influence teams across Claims technology and the business
