Informatica Engineer 2

Location: Primarily REMOTE but should be able to come onsite once a month or once in 2 months for meeting
Duration: 18 months Temp to Perm for the right candidate

Key Technical Skills / Experience:

• Strong hands-on Informatica development experience
• Good understanding of SQL and DML
• Experience working with Git repositories
• Understanding of development/deployment pipelines
• Experience handling PBIs/user stories, features, bugs/defects, and development work within an Agile environment
• Ability to understand an existing Informatica environment and hit the ground running
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including production issues and root-cause analysis
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with the broader development/data team

Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. The team works with healthcare-related requirements, including state mandates, Medicare, and other regulatory/business requirements. Someone who already understands the healthcare environment would have an advantage because they would require less domain ramp-up

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a hands-on Informatica Developer at roughly Level 2 3 who does not require heavy technical training. The strongest profile would combine Informatica + SQL/DML + Git/pipelines + Agile/PBI/bug handling + production support/troubleshooting, ideally within a healthcare/health insurance environment
