Role : Informatica Platform Administrator

Location : Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Rate: $55 to $60/hr

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Platform Administrator to join our team in Charlotte. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Informatica platform administration, engineering, and operations, with hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC and Cloud Data Integration. This role is critical in supporting our enterprise Informatica environments and ensuring seamless data integration across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Administer and manage Informatica Secure Agents, runtime environments, connections, schedules, users, groups, roles, and privileges.
• Support enterprise Informatica environments across development, testing, User Acceptance Testing, and production stages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Informatica, tasks, taskflows, agents, Connectors, and platform services.
• Oversee cloud-migration initiatives and manage Informatica PowerCenter administration.
• Implement and maintain IDMC platform security, access management, and Access and Authorization RBAC.
• Support production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and manage release and Change Management processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data integration and operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain Operational Excellence, SOPs, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong professional experience in Informatica platform administration, engineering, or operations.
• Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and Cloud Data Integration.
• Experience managing Informatica Secure Agents and runtime environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving Informatica, tasks, taskflows, and platform services.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter administration and Cloud Migration.
• Understanding of IDMC platform security and access management.
• Experience supporting production incidents and conducting root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Scripting.
• Experience with REST, automation, and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS and Basic SQL.
• Strong Analytical Skill, Communication Skills, Collaboration Services, and Problem Solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMWare Hybrid Cloud.
• Knowledge of Networking Skills, including DNS, firewalls, Proxy, ports, certificates, and secure connectivity.
