Information Coordinator
Join the Advance Services team! Were hiring an Information Coordinator for our client in Bastrop, TX. The Information Coordinator is responsible for performing tests, analysis of product, the collection and recording of data associated with plant operations. This includes process data, wastewater testing, environmental/quality assurance information, and other information as assigned.
Key responsibilities- Perform required tests for all outgoing finished product loads and prepare the COA for the load
- Enter data from NIR/hot plate testing into LIMS after each sample
- Scale in finished product loads, review loadout paperwork prior to product being shipped
- Perform tests of meal being run in the grinding room daily
- Store samples from all finished product loads
- Collecting/sending samples to Corp as required
- Cleaning and maintaining the Lab
- Collect process information, read appropriate water meters, gas meters, hour meters, and process logs necessary to complete the Production and Energy report, Scrubber Logs.
- Water samples, perform prescribed tests.
- File daily production paperwork and test results each day by end of day.
- Participate in all walk through inspections, record observations and prepare reports of findings for management staff.
- Scale room operation and monitor facility gate access.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- 1 year of experience
