Information Coordinator - Casual

Job Overview

Here at Fairview, we are now seeking an Information Coordinator to join our imaging team at St John's Hospital in Maplewood and Woodwinds Hospital in Woodbury, MN! This is a casual position that will work as needed by the department. There are currently day/evening/weekend shifts available to pick up. Must pick up a minimum of 1 shift per month.

Information Coordinator provides expert support services including scheduling, registration, point of service collections, administrative services, managing clinical records, customer service, and support for collaborative care team initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 2-year degree or combination of education and/or experience equivalent to 2 years

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts
• 3 years customer facing experience in a health care related field
• Electronic Medical Record experience
• Scheduling and registration experience
