Job Description
Must-Haves:- High School Diploma (Proof Required at Submission).
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Experience in business relationship management.
- Strong ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Knowledge of application rationalization and process improvement.
Nice-to-Haves:- General software and support analyst background.
- Experience in feasibility studies or high-level business planning.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main contact between Information Management (IM) and assigned business units.
- Identify and document business and technical requirements.
- Recognize gaps in technical requirements and propose solutions.
- Recommend process improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate on unresolved non-transactional or cross-team incidents.
- Create and submit high-level business plans through the Business Technology Vetting process.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships at all levels.
- Communicate project updates and requests to stakeholders.
- Partner with business leaders and IM/HI teams to define opportunities and prioritize projects.
- Represent IM in promoting its services and capabilities.
