Savvee Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Information Management Support Analyst to support our federal client onsite in Alexandria, VA. You’ll manage financial tools, analyze budget data across fiscal years, and generate reports that drive strategic decisions. This role involves building secure, user-friendly data solutions, navigating DoD financial systems like DAI and WAWF, and ensuring compliance across funding documentation. Essential Functions

  • Maintaining and enhancing financial management tools and processes for analyzing budget data across past, current, and future fiscal years.
  • Generating and monitoring reports on project status, contract processes, funding levels, execution rates, open commitments, and unliquidated obligations.
  • Developing and managing a secure, searchable data storage and retrieval solution for archived documentation that supports on-demand access and collaboration across the RMD team.
  • Ensuring the solution is user-friendly, scalable, and aligned with RMD’s evolving business needs.
  • Understanding, communicating, coordinating, prioritizing, maintaining files, and managing databases.
  • Demonstrating experience with Defense Agency Initiative (DAI), including OBIEE and Hyperion reporting functions.
  • Utilizing Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), G-Invoicing, and Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) for financial tracking and reporting.
  • Exporting data from financial systems to generate reports and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Possessing knowledge of DoD financial terminology, codes, and automated accounting systems.
  • Conducting day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, financial reporting, and analysis for assigned functional areas.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicating effectively in both written and verbal formats with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Independently researching, analyzing, and resolving complex data and financial issues.
  • Researching, tracking, analyzing, validating, and providing recommendations on financial data by assigned deadlines.
  • Attending and contributing to financial/budgetary meetings with Program Offices and WHS AD.
  • Generating financial execution reports, contractor obligation/disbursement reports, and other required documentation.
  • Preparing, tracking, and validating program/project funding documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Verifying funding data against contract and modification documents, including DD Form 448, MIPRs, IAAs (7600A/B), and Miscellaneous Obligation Documents.
  • Inputting contract and financial data into government financial/accounting systems and performing financial forecasts.
  • Identifying and resolving anomalies in worksheets and databases, document correction steps, and validating resolutions with COR approval.
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to the client.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support.
