Job Duties/General Responsibilities/Essential Duties
Assists the IMC Director in the day to day management of the IMC
Supports students and staff with services provided in the IMC
Anticipate students needs and being willing to create and foster student relationships and rapport
Utilize online management system that inventories all print and digital resources
Maintains student IMC use records and accounts including overdue notices
Shelves, maintains, receives and processes IMC materials
Works and completes all assigned tasks at the circulation desk including the coordination of textbook inventory and distribution of textbooks
Promotes integration of technology with students and staff
Assists with IMC programming as needed
Other duties as assigned
