Job Title
If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for receptionist, office automation (OA), and clerical support duties in the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Kansas. Typical work assignments will include:
- Receiving telephone calls and visitors to the office;
- Controlling access to the office and ensuring only properly cleared visitors are authorized entry;
- Providing general information regarding office programs;
- Processing all incoming and outgoing mail;
- Receiving all checks and money orders, recording receipt in automated check log;
- Using various software to produce a variety of documents;
- Assisting in docketing for the case tracking and record-keeping system; and
- Providing clerical and office automation support.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
