Maintain ownership assignments, target dates, action items, and status updates.

 
 
Documentation & Reporting
 

Maintain the authoritative record for active response activities.

Document decisions, timelines, exposure assessments, status updates, and closure evidence.

Prepare concise updates for leadership and stakeholders.

 

 
Escalation & Handoff Management
