Job Description
Information Security Analyst - (Vulnerability Management)Key Responsibilities- Review vulnerability data from multiple sources, including internal and external vulnerability scans and penetration testing activities.
- Analyze, normalize, and manage vulnerability data across infrastructure and application environments.
- Create, triage, route, and track vulnerability remediation tickets through completion.
- Coordinate with remediation teams to ensure vulnerabilities are assigned to the appropriate owners.
- Support vulnerability management tools, dashboards, reports, and ticketing processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting reporting issues and identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Support compliance metrics, automation initiatives, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
- Analyze remediation effectiveness and validate post-remediation results.
- Partner with security, engineering, and technology teams to optimize vulnerability management processes.
Required Qualifications- 2 to 4 years of Information Security experience focused on vulnerability data and remediation support.
- Experience working with vulnerability management programs and vulnerability data analysis.
- Strong ServiceNow ticketing, triage, and workflow management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet analysis skills.
- Experience managing ticket lifecycles and routing work between multiple teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize, track, and prioritize multiple remediation activities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with ServiceNow SecOps.
- Familiarity with vulnerability scanners such as Qualys or similar platforms.
- Understanding of vulnerability management practices and Information Security operations.
- Experience supporting dashboards, reporting, and remediation metrics.
- Exposure to Jira or other work management platforms.
