The Opportunity:

Join a dynamic, mission‑driven IT team that supports multiple sites nationwide through remote technical expertise. In this role, you’ll tackle diverse challenges across hardware, networking, and systems support — including both unclassified and classified environments. If you enjoy hands‑on problem solving, autonomy, and making an impact across geographically dispersed teams, this opportunity is for you.


Responsibilities:

Technical Systems & Hardware Support

  • Image, configure, and deploy physical desktops.

  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware including desktops, laptops, zero clients, and monitors.

  • Manage operating systems, BIOS configurations, and overall workstation health.

Network Support

  • Patch network ports and trace network lines.

  • Install, manage, and harden Cisco network switches.

Telecommunications

  • Install and configure VOIP phones and voicemail.

  • Troubleshoot phone‑related issues and ensure reliable communication services.

User Support & Site Planning

  • Plan and execute user moves, ensuring smooth transitions of computers, phones, and network connectivity.

  • Prepare obsolete or decommissioned assets for proper disposal.

Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Support

  • Partner with other IT teams on enterprise‑wide initiatives.

  • Support both unclassified and classified systems.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with full‑scope polygraph (non‑negotiable).

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 10+ years of relevant IT support experience.

  • Strong proficiency with Windows desktop operating systems and Dell/HP hardware.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Solid understanding of network communications and troubleshooting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to customer service.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Previous experience working with Cisco network equipment.

Pay Range:

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$103,800 - $218,100
