What this position will be doing:
We are looking for an energetic and driven professional who is passionate about cybersecurity, governance, and identity management. This role focuses on maintaining compliance with SOX controls, evaluating existing processes, and recommencing innovative solutions to improve controls and operational effectiveness in the IAM space. Successful candidates will have experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and tools, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ and CyberArk. Leadership or people management experience is a plus. A strong understanding of these platforms will help you quickly adapt to the role and contribute to the organization's cybersecurity and compliance objectives.
Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office and one day remote
Must haves:
Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science or equivalent work experience
5-10 years' experience managing projects, work experience in developing and reviewing policies, methodologies, and procedures for security
Understanding of SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and privilege access management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive knowledge of data security, access management and information systems managing entitlements/provisioning on a platform such as SailPoint IIQ
Familiar with SOX controls and requirements
Wants/ Preferred knowledge:
Experience with protocols such as SAML and OAuth
Experience with CyberArk
Knowledge of automation technologies
General security background, or experience outside of IAM
Soft Skills:
Communicates well
Experience managing people in some capacity
Willing and wanting to learn and improve
Calm under pressure
