Position Details:

Salary Range: $94,963.00 - $115,968.00 Annually + Excellent Benefits

• Generally, salary placement is at the beginning of the salary range.
• Advanced placement may be granted depending on related education and experience.

Status: Full‑time, Regular

Schedule: 9/80 work schedule with alternating Monday or Friday off

This position will primarily be assigned to the Police Department and requires a full background investigation. See below for more information.

Minimum Qualifications:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be:

Education/Training:

• Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by two years of college-level coursework in information science or a related field.

Experience:

• One year of information system experience.

License or Certificate:

• Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid driver's license.
• Possession of information services industry-recognized certifications are desirable.

Information Services Analyst I

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and abilities:

• Basic knowledge of networking, including IP addressing and connectivity troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and user support
• A solid understanding of computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Clear and patient communication with users of all technical levels
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests
• A collaborative, customer‑focused approach to work
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive information
