Other Experience in mentoring and managing teams creating and implementing multi-channel recruitment strategies around technology and analytics req'd; Technical academic background req'd, should have conceptual knowledge of Technologies including Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, DevOps , Internet of Things (IOT), Big Data, Business Intelligence, Embedded and Firmware development; Experience building and optimizing recruitment infrastructure and associated tools req'd; Knowledge and experience using Applicant Tracking/Vendor Management Systems for managing Technology projects.
