Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Engineer (Level 1) to join our growing team!
Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Information Systems Security Engineer (ISSE) to engineer and validate security controls on mission-critical HPC environments — driving Assessment and Authorization, STIG implementation, and boundary integrity.
Qualifications:
Seven (7) years of information systems security engineering experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related technical field
An additional five (5) years of information systems security engineering experience may be substituted for the degree, for a total of Twelve (12) years
Required:
RMF process and RMF tools: LATTEART, XACTA, BISCOTTI, WATCHCAT, STE
Compliance and configuration scanning tools
NIST SP 800-53r3 and/or r5; NIST SP 800-37
Hands-on experience with Assessment and Authorization, security control traceability, boundary definition, artifacts and body of evidence, STIG implementation, false-positive validation, patch management, and technical validation
Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph (most recent poly within 7 years)
Desired Skills:
Continuous monitoring program experience
Strong collaboration habits with system administrators and system owners
