Tygart is seeking a Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to support a DOJ office in Clarksburg, WV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in information security, a strong technical background in networking, system administration, and development, as well as familiarity with cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and virtualization. A current Top Secret security clearance is required.
Job Description:
Demonstrated level of experience in information security practices, including:
National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST)
Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP)
Common Criteria Defense Information Security Agency (DISA)
SANS Institute
Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development environments
Demonstrated level of experience in information security practices within the federal and/or state governments
Previous hands-on technical experience in:
Networking
System administration
Development
Working knowledge of:
Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
Virtualization
Software-defined infrastructure
Cloud computing technologies
A minimum of 4 years of experience (required)
Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance (required).
