Help setup district technology (MacBook and iPad are primary devices) for staff and students.
Answers end users' requests for help and responds appropriately.
Assists with monitoring and maintaining helpdesk tickets for the district.
Solves common hardware and software problems or refers to next level of support as needed.
Installs and configures software and network interface devices.
Attends regular update training on the applications in use and brings effective concepts and tools back for use within the district.
Understands, supports, and communicates district technology standards, policies, and procedures.
Assists in on-site training for software applications.
Contacts system vendors for maintenance as necessary.
Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE
$25.00 per hour.
Paid time off, including 15 paid time off days, 15 vacation days, and 9 holidays (prorated from start date through June 30, 2027).
