Information Systems Technician to join our team. This position troubleshoots and maintains the company’s computer hardware and software with the direction of Systems Administrator.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES · Ensures that the company’s computer systems function in a proper and efficient manner.
· Troubleshoots all existing hardware and software applications as necessary.
· Meets established standards for productivity and quality. Confers with supervisor when problems arise, which impact expected level of performance.
· Support all electronic products including, Servers, Firewalls, Printers, Phones, Routers, Switches, Plotters, Copiers, phones, cameras, PCs, Laptops, Warehouse equipment, accessories, and more.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES · 1 year experience in troubleshooting computer systems, preferably in a PC environment.
· Computer Certification desired.
· Manufacturing experience is a plus
· Experience with Office, Exchange, SQL Server, Windows required
