Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Analyst to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be a bridge between our business stakeholders and our technical teams, ensuring that our AI initiatives are aligned with business goals and deliver tangible value. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical understanding of AI business impact and a strong grasp of AI solution implementation (ex: when to use LLMs, vs Agents vs Tools vs MCP and so on). You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements for AI factory implementations, assessing business impact, and ensuring that considerations such as guardrails, data safety, and privacy are an integral part of our AI development lifecycle, and communicate this to development for implementation.
Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with business leaders, data scientists, and developers to gather and understand business needs for AI solutions.
Translate business requirements into clear and detailed functional and non-functional specifications for the development and architecture teams.
Business Impact and Feasibility Analysis:
Conduct feasibility studies and business case development for proposed AI initiatives, including ROI analysis.
Identify and articulate the potential business impact, risks, and opportunities associated with AI implementations.
AI Governance and Safety:
Define and document requirements for AI guardrails, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations to ensure responsible AI implementation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry best practices and regulations related to AI ethics and safety.
Documentation and Communication:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that is accessible and understandable to both business and technical audiences.
Act as a key communicator between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear understanding of project goals.
Development and Implementation:
Participate in the design of AI implementation approaches, and work alongside architects and development during implementation, trace it from requirements to implementation and post-production management of the AI solution.
Testing and Evaluation:
Participate in the testing and evaluation of AI implementations to ensure they meet business requirements and performance metrics.
Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of AI solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field.
Hands on AI application development experience OR technical knowhow about AI development and implementation beyond analysis.
Proven experience as an AI Analyst, preferably in an AI or data-driven environment
Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their real-world applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Experience working in an Agile development environment using Confluence and JIRA.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
Experience in a specific industry domain relevant to our business.
