Introduction
The State of Connecticut, Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) is seeking a skilled and collaborative Information Technology Analyst 1 to support the Core-CT Technology division's PeopleSoft Admin team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a mission-critical statewide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, supporting system performance, enhancements, and day-to-day operations that impact agencies across Connecticut.

The Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) is an agency whose mission is to provide accounting and financial services, administer employee and retiree benefits, develop accounting policy and exercise accounting oversight, and prepare financial reports for the state, federal and municipal governments, and the public.
We are located in the State Office Building at 165 Capitol Avenue, Hartford, CT. This state-of-the-art building offers free garage parking, an on-site cafeteria, and ergonomic workspaces.
The Core-CT Technology division is an inter-agency team that supports and helps maintain Core-CT, used by over 10,000 state employees for financial, human resources, and payroll functions. The division maintains and upgrades Core-CT, provides analysis, maintains the comptroller's technical infrastructure, and is responsible for web development for the comptroller's communication sites.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Five (5) years of experience in information technology (IT) operations support, programming or another IT related support area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - SPECIAL EXPERIENCE
Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been performing basic technical support work in such areas as:
