POSITION TITLE: IT AUDITOR
DEPARTMENT: INFORMATION SYSTEMS AUDIT

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
Experience in auditing IT systems or equivalent experience required
CISA or willingness to pursue certification preferred
Previous computer programming or other IT-related experience a plus.
Experience within the mutual fund industry preferred
Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, NIST and/or COSO frameworks preferred
Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word required
Experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, scripting, or automation preferred
Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting preferred
Experience using Power Automate to support workflow automation or data processing preferred
Exposure to generative AI tools, including the development and use of effective prompts to support research, analysis, or audit-related tasks preferred

MAJOR DUTIES:
As part of our Information Technology Audit department, you will participate in the performance of audits related to Federated Hermes' technology environment, including leveraging data analysis and automation techniques to support audit planning, risk assessment, and testing. This role will also contribute to the department's data analytics program by developing and executing analytics, scripting, and repeatable procedures to analyze large populations of data, enhance audit coverage, and improve efficiency. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with various departments, managers, and colleagues while working in a highly collaborative team environment.

8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Hybrid schedule (in-office / remote)
