Data Center Technician/Administrator
Pay Rate: $32.00 Per Hour
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Location: ONSITE - Alpharetta, GA 30005
Hours: Mon – Fri 10am – 6pm
Role Overview:- Looking for a candidate with Data Center experience in working with applications (databases) to support asset management, service call tracking and quality assurance
- The well defined processes and procedures are establish for compliance requirements
Day to Day Responsibilities:- Service Now Queue management and triage, data quality assurance
- StruxureWare Data Center Operations - EcoStruxure IT Advisor – clean up and data quality assurance
- SHREDD (Standardized Handling & Recording of Equipment Decommissioning and Disposal database - process) compatibility with IT Advisor – asset tracking – cleanup and data quality assurance
- Decommission Daily Service Now ticket review/compliance and data quality assurance
- Patch Manager (Cable patching management database) updates ad quality assurance
- Working in a Data Center environment - knowledge / experience
Years' Experience Required:- 3+ with ServiceNow ticket management in a data center environment
Systems/Software Proficiencies:- ServiceNow, IT Advisor, SHREDD, Patch Manager
Top Must have Skills:- Data Center experience is a NON-NEGOTIABLE (think Dell EMC, etc.)
