This role is responsible for troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, conference room technology, networking equipment, VoIP systems, and manufacturing technology while supporting end users in both office and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, knowledge of networking fundamentals, and be comfortable working within manufacturing facilities while adhering to safety standards.
