IT Infrastructure Manager

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) help develop annual operating budget; optimize and track related spend. Support in developing business cases for key infrastructure upgrades. Develop and maintain Infrastructure related Standards, Procedures, and Policies. Manage and execute IT Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plans and actions. Manage enterprise 7x24 operational support model and proactively work to identify and resolve systemic issues and initiate root cause corrective action process and drive improvements to infrastructure services and support. Manage IT infrastructure deliverables related to Merger, Acquisition, and Divestiture.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Extensive technical knowledge of IT Networking, Server/VM architectures, workstation/PCs, Enterprise & PC software. Working knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information and NIST 800-171 cyber security controls and hands-on experience in developing and executing cyber security policies. Ability to effectively communicate (verbal & written) with customers at all organizational levels and external suppliers. Good program & project management skills with the ability to prioritize activities effectively to execute multiple projects in parallel. Proven ability to translate business needs and issues into IT requirements Demonstrative ITSM tools.

Basic Qualifications Master's or Bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science Minimum of 7 years IT professional experience Minimum of 3 years managing IT infrastructure and IT teams

Location / Compensation: Houston, TX or Seattle, WA or Wichita, KS Salary Range $125,000 - $145,000 10% Bonus - Management Incentive Plan
