What You'll Do:

Lead the firm's day-to-day IT operations and technology strategy
Serve as the senior technical escalation point for critical issues
Design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable IT infrastructure
Mentor and develop IT staff while remaining hands-on technically
Establish and improve IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Support attorneys and business professionals with technology solutions
Ensure system security, performance, and business continuity

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience with infrastructure, systems administration, and technical support
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills
Law firm experience is strongly preferred
