Assist with hardware, software, application, and technology asset inventory activities. Help update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, process guides, and standard operating procedures. Assist with IT service management activities, including incident, change, request, and asset management processes. Participate in technology troubleshooting, issue documentation, reporting, and problem-resolution efforts underappropriate supervision. Support reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, or data-qualityprojects as assigned. Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, compliance, automation, scripting, workflow, or process improvement initiatives based on department needs. Organize project findings and communicate progress, questions, or barriers while collaborating with technical and business partners. Present a summary of your projects, accomplishments, outcomes, and key learnings at the conclusion of the assignment.What You Bring Current enrollment in a degree program in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, ora related field. Interest in technology operations, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, analytics, infrastructure, applications, or IT service delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information and approach unfamiliar technology challenges thoughtfully. Attention to detail and a commitment to producingaccurate, complete, and well-organized work. Ability to document processes and communicate clearly in writing and verbally. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical and business partners. Comfort learningnew technologies and tools and applying feedback to improve your work. Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate progress.
