Job Description:
" SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Expertise: Join our team as a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in SailPoint ISC.
" Lead Migration Efforts: Oversee the complete process of migrating enterprise applications to the SailPoint ISC platform. Your role will involve planning, designing, and executing a migration strategy that ensures a seamless transition with minimal disruption to operations.
" Architect and Configure Systems: Design and implement secure, robust, and scalable configurations within SailPoint ISC. You will be responsible for establishing workflows, policies, and connectors that align with business and security requirements.
" Technical Problem-Solving: Serve as the main technical resource for troubleshooting and addressing complex issues during migration or application onboarding. Your in-depth understanding of SailPoint will be critical for overcoming technical challenges.
" Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with application owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project alignment throughout the lifecycle.
" Documentation and Best Practices: Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation, including design specifications, runbooks, and operational guides. You will also contribute to establishing best practices for ISC administration and governance.

Qualifications:
" Extensive Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Experience: Over 5 years of hands-on experience with IGA solutions, including at least 2-3 years focused on SailPoint ISC.
" Proven Expertise in Application Onboarding and Migration: Demonstrated experience leading a major migration project from a legacy IAM system (e.g., Oracle Identity Manager, SailPoint Identity (IIQ)) to SailPoint ISC.
" Strong IAM Foundation: A deep understanding of core Identity and Access Management principles, such as identity lifecycle management, access requests, access certification, and role engineering.
" Leadership and Initiative: Ability to lead a technical workstream, make informed decisions, and mentor team members.
" SailPoint Professional Certifications: Such as SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer.
" Familiarity with Cloud Environments: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
" Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
" Understanding of IAM and Governance Concepts: Knowledge of security controls and regulatory requirements related to access governance (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001).
