As an Information Technology Specialist (Applications), GS-2210-14, you will serve as an Applications Specialist responsible for supporting, developing, modernizing, and securing enterprise business applications that support the Civil Divisions litigation and administrative operations. The incumbent provides technical expertise as a member of the Applications Services team in application development, systems integration, cybersecurity, and enterprise application support.

Basic Qualifications (2210 series): Please refer to the OPM IT Management Series 2210 Qualification Standard for the specific experience requirements for the GS-12 and above positions.
AND
Specialized Experience: To qualify for the position of Information Technology Specialist (Applications), at GS-2210-14, you must meet have at least one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal Service, performing duties such as defining technical requirements and supporting the implementation and modernization of enterprise applications, including COTS and cloud-based solutions; providing technical leadership in software development, system integration, testing, and performance improvement; integrating cybersecurity requirements into application lifecycles, supported security assessments, and ensured compliance with federal standards; managing technical projects, coordinating upgrades or modernization efforts, and serving as a liaison across business, technical, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
