Job Description
- Assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting user devices such as Desktops, Chromebooks, smartboards, and various peripherals
- Assist in troubleshooting a variety of issues ranging from user, desktop, and networking issues
- Assist in keeping proper records of resolved issues for future reference
- Keep proper records of changes in inventory
- Assist with supporting and maintaining Google and Active Directory users
- Assist with AV support such as sound systems
