What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates needing technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot issues involving computers, software, printers, mobile devices, networks, and peripherals.
• Support restaurant technology, including POS systems, kitchen display systems, phones, internet connectivity, and online ordering platforms.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with vendors and IT team members as needed.
• Assist with device setup, deployment, inventory tracking, and other technology support initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, printers, and mobile devices.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
• Ability to work the required Thursday through Monday schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Experience

• Help desk, desktop support, technical support, customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality technology experience.
• Experience supporting POS systems, ticketing platforms, or remote support tools is a plus.
